Historic Success for Manipuri Candidates in APSC’s Combined Competitive Examination

Lakhipuronline Digital Desk : In a groundbreaking development, the Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has declared the final results of the Combined Competitive Examination, 2022, on January 17, 2024. The interview process took place from November 16, 2023, to January 3, 2024.

The joyous news extends to the Barak Valley and Brahmaputra Valley, where candidates are celebrating a significant milestone. Notably, seven Manipuri candidates have successfully passed the examination, marking a historic achievement for the community in APSC.
M. Bikromjit Khumancha (Rank 42), son of M. Manglemba Singha from Tarapur Silchar, and N. Ranabir Singha (Rank 62), son of N. Lokeswar Singha from Lakhipur, Singerband, have secured notable positions in the Assam Civil Service (ACS). Additionally, Th. Ranabir Singha, son of Th. Chinglen Singha from Jaribond, Oinam Anindita Singha, daughter of Manoj Kumar Singh from Berakhal, Silchar, P. Santanu Singha, son of P. Rabindra Singha from Lawat, Hailakandi, and Bijoya Devi from Hojai, have excelled in securing positions in the coveted Assistant Accounts Officer category. Mrinalini Devi (Rank 48), daughter of Foni Singha from Guwahati, has excelled in securing a position in the coveted Assistant Audit Officer category.
