Lakhipuronline Digital Desk : The National Testing Agency (NTA), under the guidance of the Ministry of Education and UGC, has officially opened up the application process for the Common University Entrance Test for Postgraduate Programmes (CUET PG) 2024. As a centralized examination, CUET (PG) aims to streamline the admissions into various postgraduate courses offered by Central Universities and other participating institutions across India, including State Universities, Deemed, and Private Universities.
Applications began on 26 December 2023, through the dedicated portal (https://pgcuet.samarth.ac.in), and will run until 24 January 2024, closing promptly at 11:50 PM. It is crucial for applicants to complete their fee transactions via Credit/Debit Card, NetBanking, or UPI by 25 January 2024.
The NTA provides a brief period for correction of application particulars exclusively on the website from 27 January to 29 January 2024. Candidates are urged to pay careful attention to details as this will be their only chance to amend their submissions.
Pre-examination procedures include advanced city intimation on 04 March 2024, followed by the release of admit cards for download on 07 March 2024. The examinations are set to commence from 11 March and will continue until 28 March 2024. Participants can expect to challenge answer keys starting from 04 April 2024.
The CUET (PG) will be conducted in three different shifts, each lasting 1 hour and 45 minutes (105 Minutes). Detailed schedules and timings will be announced later on the official websites of NTA (https://nta.ac.in) and the CUET (PG) (https://pgcuet.samarth.ac.in).
Candidates are advised to thoroughly review the eligibility criteria, exam pattern, center locations, times, fees, and application procedures detailed in the Information Bulletin provided on the CUET (PG) portal.
