Lakhipuronline Digital Desk – The Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, Assam has announced an engagement notice, inviting online applications from eligible candidates who are permanent residents of Assam for filling up various teaching and staff positions in Adarsha Vidyalayas across the state.
The available positions include 14 Post Graduate Teachers, 111 Graduate Teachers, 99 Assistant Teachers, 22 Computer Instructors, and 9 Laboratory Assistants. The nature of the engagement will be purely contractual for a period of 11 months, which may be extended based on satisfactory annual performance.
Candidates must meet the minimum educational and professional qualifications as specified in the notice. For Post Graduate Teacher positions, applicants must hold a postgraduate degree in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed. degree. Graduate Teacher and Assistant Teacher positions require a graduate degree in the relevant stream along with a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree, respectively. Computer Instructors must have an MCA, M.Sc. (IT), or M.Tech. (Computer Science) degree, while Laboratory Assistants must have a higher secondary degree in the science stream.
The online application portal will be available on the official website of Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan, Assam (https://avs.assam.gov.in) from January 7, 2025, and the last date for submission of applications is January 25, 2025.
